Our Story
Welcome to our Farmette in the scenic southern Lancaster County countryside. When we bought our property, our vision was have a place where our children could explore, create, and grow as we raise them. We are bringing this vision to life by raising a diverse range of friendly animals that teach our children responsibility and compassion. Together, we are creating a nurturing environment filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories.
About Our Goats
Rockside Acres has been breeding ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf goats since 2020. We are members of ADGA and hope to soon also be a performance herd, by taking part in Linear Appraisal and DHIA. We strive to better the Nigerian breed by breeding only goats that conform to the breed standards in Production, Conformation. We strive for beautiful, easy to milk udders, teats that are nice to hand milk and higher production. We are a clean tested herd for CL, CAE, Johnnes. All our goats are super friendly and raised on the bottle and would make excellent 4 H projects, or for any small farm and I'm sure would do good in the show ring as well.
Meet Our Dogs
Our Family has been raising dogs for 10 years. It started as a way for the children to learn responsibility and it was a huge part of their schooling.
